I just received an identical email to what you are describing, and as soon as I googled the bitcoin scam, many links popped up outlining the scam email, which is sent out in bulk and has zero credibility at all. They did have an old password, which I have not used in well over a year, and I have certainly not visited any of these websites, let alone from my work computer.
